Terms of service.
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of immigration advice and services by Vistas Immigration, which is regulated by Immigration Advice Authority (IAA).

By engaging Vistas Immigration for your immigration matters, you agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Vistas Immigration provides professional immigration advice and assistance to individuals seeking to apply for a visa, settle in the UK, or navigate the immigration process.
Services include:
Advice on visa eligibility and requirements
Advice on Immigration matters in the U.K.
Document Checking
Assistance with visa applications and submissions
Document uploading
Legal representation and support throughout the immigration process
2. Refund Policy
Initial Consultation’s
For initial consultations/advice session cancellations, Vistas Immigration must be notified 48hrs prior to the advice sessions date.
Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the advice session takes place.
Application packages, document services and other
If a service is cancelled within the 7 day period, you are eligible for a refund, however a £200 cancellation fee will apply.
If work has been carried out by Vistas Immigration during the timeframe, a refund will be determined on a case by case basis to cover the value of the work carried out.
If a refund request is made after the 7 day cooling off period, the applicant is not eligible for a refund.
3. Initial Consultation
An initial consultation will be conducted to assess your eligibility for immigration services and determine the appropriate course of action. As an online Immigration Firm, the consultation may be over the phone, or through video conferencing.
The Immigration Consultant
During this consultation:
You will receive advice on your eligibility for the visa or immigration service you are seeking.
Advice on any immigration matters you may have
A description of how we work and your next steps
If you decide to proceed with our services, the details will be included in your Client Care Letter, which will be sent following the initial consultation.
4. Client Care Letter
Following the initial consultation, a Client Care Letter will be issued to you. This letter:
Provides a summary of the advice session and includes any fees applicable.
Details the estimated timeframes for processing your case.
Outlines your responsibilities and the information required to proceed with your case.
Includes a summary of our refund terms and cancellation policy.
Provides details on how to make a complaint if you are unsatisfied with the service given
The Client Care Letter will serve as a formal agreement between you and Vistas Immigration for the services to be provided.
5. Fees
Advance Payment: All services provided by Vistas Immigration require advance payment. The payment amount will be confirmed in your Client Care Letter.
We do not carry out any work until a payment has been made.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide us with all necessary and accurate information and documentation to facilitate the immigration process. Failure to provide the required documents or misleading information could lead to delays, complications, refusal of your visa application and termination of services with Vistas Immigration.
You must notify us immediately of any changes to your circumstances that could affect your application, including changes in your contact details, employment status, or any criminal matters.
Documents requested by an Immigration Consultant at Vistas Immigration are crucial to an application's success.
8. Third-Party Costs
You may be required to pay third-party costs in addition to the fees charged by Vistas Immigration. These may include Government fees (Home Office visa application fees, biometric fees, etc.)
Vistas Immigration will provide you with an estimate of these costs during the consultation, and you will be responsible for these expenses.
9. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Vistas Immigration is committed to protecting your personal and sensitive information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By providing your personal details to Vistas Immigration, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in this section.
Purpose of Data Collection: We collect and process your personal data to provide immigration advice, submit applications on your behalf, and maintain communication throughout the immigration process.
Data Security: We employ appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data. All information shared with us will be stored securely and will only be shared with relevant authorities or third parties involved in your immigration case.
Retention of Data: We will retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. After this period, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal data.
Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can also withdraw your consent for processing at any stage. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the contact details provided below.
10. Termination of Services
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, if you place an order for our services, you have the right to cancel your request free of charge within 7 working days from when you ask us to proceed. However, if we begin working on your request with your approval before the 7-day period ends, you will forfeit your right to cancel. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are giving your consent for us to start work. To cancel your request, you must notify the individual responsible for your work, either by phone, email, or letter, as specified in these terms. Additionally, the regulations require us to inform you that the services you requested are likely to take longer than 30 days to complete.
Vistas Immigration reserves the right to terminate services if:
You fail to comply with your obligations as outlined in the Client Care Letter.
You provide false or misleading information.
You are unable to provide documents that are imperative to the success of your case
We are unable to proceed with your case for any reason, including legal or regulatory constraints.
If a service (excluding Initial Consultation) is cancelled within the 7 days period, a £200 cancellation fee applies.
11. Liability
Vistas Immigration will take reasonable care in providing immigration advice and services. However, we cannot be held responsible for any decisions made by the UK Home Office, other government authorities, or any third parties involved in your immigration process.
12. Complaints and Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the services provided, please contact us in writing. We will do our best to address your concerns. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to IAA or seek legal advice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from them will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

By engaging with Vistas Immigration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
